Vision

The vision of the Eastern Minnesota Athletic Conference is to provide competition opportunities in extracurricular activities in which each participant, coach, official, and fan can practice poistive sportsmanship, and show respect for all. 

Mission

Its mission shall be dedicated to instilling the values and beliefs of the Minnesota State High School League in all extra curricular activities. We believe that extracurricular activities enhance the educational experiences, self-esteem, character, and leadership skills of our students. All extracurricular activities will be conducted in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect for all involved.
